psychologist, psychotherapist, crisis intervention specialist, coach
In my therapeutic work, the most important thing for me is the relationship—one that is safe, based on trust and acceptance. I help people who are experiencing emotional difficulties, crises, or who need to put their inner lives in order. I believe that every person has the potential to change, as long as they find a space where they can be themselves. I help them move from crisis to growth – to understand the source of their difficulties and regain a sense of control over their own lives.
I combine cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), schema therapy, and EMDR.
In the therapeutic process, I strive to maintain a balance between understanding and action—I help my clients understand their emotions, identify patterns, and find specific ways to change them.
I leave room for reflection, but I also encourage courage in decision-making. I value honesty, authentic dialogue, and cooperation in which both parties are involved in the process of change.
"A crisis is a moment when a new story begins. I help write it with greater awareness, calmness, and courage."
