In my work as a psychologist, the most important thing for me is understanding other people, what they feel, think, and what is important to them. I help others find their way to professional fulfillment. My dream is for everyone to have the opportunity to work in a place where they can pursue their passion and calling. I help them discover that place and reach it. Since becoming a mother (of four children), I have been particularly keen to support parents in their daily challenges, not only in theory but above all in practice.
I approach each person with full attention, curiosity, and empathy—I treat everyone individually, as if it were our first and most important conversation. We are partners on this journey: we search for solutions together, and I accompany you wherever you want to go, sometimes with kind words, sometimes with the truth straight to your face – always with respect and for your own good.
