About me

In my therapeutic work, it is particularly important for me to build an authentic relationship based on acceptance and trust, creating a space for support, understanding, and development. I want young people to feel completely safe when they come to my office. When working with children, cooperation with parents is equally important to me. During consultations, I share what can help on a daily basis—how to support the child, better understand their reactions, and strengthen their resources. I help parents while respecting the young person’s boundaries—I strive to maintain a balance between confidentiality and family support.

How I work

I work using a cognitive-behavioral approach (CBT), enriching it with the kids’ skills method and working with emotions, adapting the methods to the age, abilities, and individual needs of the child or teenager.

During our meetings, we talk, use simple exercises, and sometimes drawing or elements of play. Together, we look at thoughts, emotions, and reactions, looking for ways to help them cope better and feel more confident—at school, at home, and in their relationships with others—always at a pace tailored to the child/teenager, with attention to the here and now.
